Orders and Shipping
Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location, but you can generally expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days after it has been shipped.
Creating an account with Dubwoods is easy. Simply click on the “Sign Up” link at the top of our website, fill in the required information, and submit. You’ll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@dubwoods.co.uk. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address for you. If it has already been shipped, we will work with the courier to attempt to redirect the package, although this may not always be possible.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the courier’s website. If you have any issues, please contact us at info@dubwoods.co.uk.
For your security, Dubwoods does not store your credit card information on file. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway provider.
Sales tax is applied to orders based on the applicable tax laws of your location. The exact amount will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
We currently ship to a wide range of countries. Please check our Shipping Information page for a list of countries we service. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us at info@dubwoods.co.uk to inquire about potential shipping options.
Whenever possible, we strive to ship all items in one package. However, depending on the size and availability of products, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. For more details, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges section or contact us at info@dubwoods.co.uk.
We apologise for the inconvenience. If you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@dubwoods.co.uk with your order details, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at info@dubwoods.co.uk with your order details and photos of the damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including arranging a replacement or refund.

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at info@dubwoods.co.uk. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address. If it has already been shipped, we will do our best to assist you, but please note that changes may not always be possible.

We do offer pre-orders for select items that are temporarily out of stock. Please contact us at info@dubwoods.co.uk for information on availability and expected restock dates.
